Crunchy Almond Cheese Sandwich
  • 16 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 6 Tablespoons butter softened
  • 1 cup chopped almonds - toasted
  • 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons dried minced onion
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Pumpernickel Bread

  • Combine all ingredients except bread. I use food processor - but do not over mix. Chill at least 2 hours before serving. Spread on pumpernickel for delicious sandwiches!
