Ginger Oolong Simple Syrup

So refreshing and delicious! We served this sweet syrup along with a good strong brew of Darjeeling Blend and lots of ice at our Blush & Bashful Summertime Porch Party.

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger
  • 1 T loose leaf oolong
  • Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and boil for about 10 minutes. Strain well. Will keep up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
